As a Front End Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, monitor service standards, and collaborate with store management to implement merchandising plans that maximize sales and enhance shopper satisfaction. You will supervise cash handling and POS controls, enforce security procedures, and maintain accurate transactional records. Your ability to communicate clearly, train staff on product knowledge, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism will be critical to elevating our brand and achieving service and sales targets.
In this role, you will analyze daily performance metrics, manage staffing for peak hours, and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability on the sales floor. You will model best-in-class customer interactions, coach associates on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and lead by example to foster a positive, collaborative team environment. You will also support loss prevention initiatives and quality standards to protect company assets.

Responsibility
- Lead and develop a team of front line sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily sales goals
- Oversee POS operations, ensure accurate checkout processes, and minimize discrepancies
- Monitor and enforce cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Provide coaching on product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement techniques
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold brand reputation
- Assist with shift planning, attendance, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with store leadership to drive operational efficiency and loss prevention
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail front end leadership or supervisory role
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline staff
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic merchandising
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and reliability in maintaining accurate transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is a plus
