As part of our Front Office team, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering personalized service while representing premium standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibility
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-in and check-out processes accurately
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and up-selling opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, services, and hotel facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest requests and issues promptly, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
- Enter and update guest profiles in the property management system with precision
- Maintain security, privacy, and safety protocols in all interactions
Qualification
- Prior hospitality experience in front office or guest services, preferably in luxury hotels
- Proficiency with property management systems and POS software
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Legal right to work in Singapore and satisfactory references
- Attention to detail, high standards of appearance and professional demeanor
