Responsibility
- Greet guests and manage all front desk activities with professionalism and warmth.
- Supervise check-in/check-out processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with timely, thoughtful resolutions.
- Monitor real-time front desk operations and train staff on service standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system (PMS) and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze daily performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury or upscale hotel.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient with a Property Management System (PMS) and revenue-generation principles (upselling, upsell strategies).
- Outstanding problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
