Responsibility

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services at the property
  • Greet, check-in, and check-out guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Lead and develop a front desk team, ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Coordinate with Reservations, Concierge, and Housekeeping to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and timely escalation when necessary
  • Monitor occupancy, upsell room features and services to optimize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records using the property's PMS and POS systems and generate daily reports
  • Support budget-adjacent activities and contribute to continuous service improvements

Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in front office or guest services within hospitality
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and POS software
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
