Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services at the property
- Greet, check-in, and check-out guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Lead and develop a front desk team, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Coordinate with Reservations, Concierge, and Housekeeping to maximize guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and timely escalation when necessary
- Monitor occupancy, upsell room features and services to optimize revenue
- Maintain accurate records using the property's PMS and POS systems and generate daily reports
- Support budget-adjacent activities and contribute to continuous service improvements
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in front office or guest services within hospitality
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and POS software
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
