In this role, you will be the face of H&M in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and review products that match their style and budget. You will build your product knowledge across categories, including women's, men's, and kids' fashion, and share tips on fit, care, and styling to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and keeping the floor organized and inviting. You will manage daily POS transactions with accuracy, handle returns or exchanges, and participate in seasonal campaigns to maximize sales opportunities. The role also emphasizes teamwork and communication, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.

Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized service to every customer, actively listening to needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, fabrics, sizing, and care instructions to help customers choose confidently.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and recommending complete outfits that fit the customer's style and budget.
- Process transactions accurately at the POS, handle returns or exchanges, and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards, including stock replenishment, clean floors, and organized displays.
- Collaborate with team members on store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty through the store's programs and communications.
Qualification
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with a passion for fashion and service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills; comfortable with POS systems.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute to a supportive store culture.
