Jetone Industries, a Taiwanese-owned manufacturing company, is seeking a dependable General Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. In this role, you will support the production line by operating rubber cutting machinery, sorting and cleaning rubber materials, and ensuring efficient flow of materials through the line. Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed for production needs.

Responsibility
- Operate and monitor rubber material cutting machines to ensure precise cuts according to specifications.
- Sort, inspect, and categorize rubber pieces for quality and consistency.
- Assist with material handling, loading and unloading rubber materials on the production line.
- Maintain clean and organized work area; follow 5S and safety standards.
- Record production data and report any deviations or defects to the supervisor.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and minor repairs as trained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Basic numeracy, reading, and comprehension skills; ability to follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good teamwork, communication, and reliability; punctual and proactive.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes and safety protocols.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in a factory setting; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Malay; ability to communicate effectively with team members; basic Mandarin is a plus.
