Identiti International, Inc is seeking an experienced and visionary Global HR Director to lead and elevate our Human Resources operations across international markets. Based in Cebu, Central Visayas, this pivotal role will play a key part in aligning HR strategies with our global business objectives, cultivating a high-performing organizational culture, and driving the successful expansion of our talented teams worldwide.
As the Global HR Director, you will be instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive HR frameworks that foster employee engagement, ensure compliance with diverse employment regulations, and champion diversity and inclusion. Responsibility
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development across all international locations.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and HR best practices.
- Drive cultural initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of scalable HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform data-driven decision making.
- Support change management initiatives to enable business transformation and growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within an international or multinational company.
- Proven expertise in global HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations across different countries and cultures.
- Strong understanding of international employment law, HR compliance, and cross-border HR frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
- Experience in driving organization-wide change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
