Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Qualify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate notes in CRM and ensure data integrity for each interaction.
  • Resolve customer issues on first contact whenever possible; escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, security standards, and privacy guidelines during all transactions.

Qualification

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment; BPO experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and multitasking across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Strong problem-solving, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work full-time shifts in Cubao, Metro Manila; flexible scheduling may be available.
  • High school diploma required; higher education or relevant certification preferred.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
