We are actively recruiting for a Full-Time Sales-Driven Customer Service Specialist to join our Cubao team in Metro Manila. Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Qualify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed, accurate notes in CRM and ensure data integrity for each interaction.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact whenever possible; escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, security standards, and privacy guidelines during all transactions.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment; BPO experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and multitasking across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
- Strong problem-solving, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work full-time shifts in Cubao, Metro Manila; flexible scheduling may be available.
- High school diploma required; higher education or relevant certification preferred.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
