Responsibility
- Greet passengers and visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing accurate information and directions as needed.
- Guide guests through check-in, security, and boarding areas while maintaining courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage queues and waiting areas to ensure smooth flow, safety, and a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with ground staff and other departments to address guest needs and operational requirements.
- Assist with basic baggage handling support and ramp-related tasks under supervision, following safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Uphold safety and security procedures, report incidents promptly, and maintain a clean, organized work environment during night shifts.
- Collaborate with teammates to sustain high service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of guest experiences.
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently on night shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of safety, security, and emergency procedures in public spaces.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks as required by the role.
