Join Range Pharma Sdn. Bhd. as a Growth Marketing Executive and lead the digital growth engine for Furmocare, our flagship pet brand. You will own and optimize the end-to-end funnel across Shopee, paid media channels, and data analytics to drive acquiring, activating, and retaining customers on a direct-to-consumer basis.
In this role, you will partner with product, creative, and analytics teams to design performance-driven campaigns, test new formats, and analyze ROAS, CAC, and LTV. You will build scalable processes for budget planning, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization that enable rapid learning and sustained growth. Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross-channel growth strategies for Furmocare across Shopee, paid search, social advertising, email, and partners.
- Plan and manage monthly media budgets, bid strategies, ad creative testing, and optimization to maximize ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, segment audiences, and identify opportunities for experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to optimize the funnel, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Lead launch planning for promotions, new SKUs, and seasonal campaigns with on-time delivery and brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Coordinate with sales and customer success to drive retention, reactivation, and repeat purchases.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years in growth marketing, performance advertising, or ecommerce, preferably with consumer brands.
- Proficiency with Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and other paid media platforms; strong analytics skills (GA4, data studios preferred).
- Experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and data-driven decision making; ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
- Familiarity with D2C brands, marketplace dynamics, and e-commerce tech stack; knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proactive problem-solver with strong time management.
