Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with efficient check in and check out
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel services
- Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and security to ensure a seamless stay
- Handle reservations changes, upsell services and process payments
- Manage phone calls emails and guest requests with professionalism
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain brand standards
- Maintain a clean organized front desk area and support other departments as needed
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 2 plus years of front desk or guest services experience in a hotel or resort
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and POS systems
- Strong problem solving multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light packages
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
