Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a genuine and friendly demeanor, managing check-in and check-out while ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
- Provide concierge-level support, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to achieve timely resolutions.
- Process payments, upsell hotel experiences, spa services, and other amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain a pristine front desk and lobby area, upholding safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and events teams to execute seamless guest experiences for groups and events.
- Utilize the property management system (PMS) to record guest preferences, manage reservations, and ensure personalized service across stays.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services; front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with a property management system (PMS) or reservations software.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials as needed.
