  • Provide concierge-level support, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to achieve timely resolutions.
  • Process payments, upsell hotel experiences, spa services, and other amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services; front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with a property management system (PMS) or reservations software.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials as needed.
