You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience and maintain impeccable records.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end vehicle handovers, verifying documentation, and keeping stakeholders informed of timelines. You will help optimize handover processes to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end vehicle handovers for Mobee Cars Malaysia, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sellers during the handover process, updating status, timelines, and issues in the company system and communicating clearly.
  • Monitor daily vehicle movements, log transfers, and maintain up-to-date inventory records to support smooth operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support to resolve handover discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Verify vehicle documentation including ownership, insurance, maintenance records, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare and file handover documentation for audit trails and generate weekly reports on activity, performance metrics, and upcoming movements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to sellers and buyers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in Mobee Cars Malaysia.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to shorten handover cycles while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualification

  • Minimum secondary education; higher diploma in administration or operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay language is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CRM or database systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive problem-solving attitude.
