We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR, Compliance & Legal to join our team at PT PAN RAMA VISTA GARMENTS INDUSTRIES LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, compliance, and legal matters within the company.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle legal matters and contracts
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and strategic planning abilities
