Job description

Take the lead as Head of HR Policy in the West region at Cornerstone Global Partners. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for the review, development, and governance of our human resources policies and procedures. You will ensure our policies are robust, enforceable, and aligned with business goals while meeting regulatory requirements across the West Region. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape how we manage talent, drive consistency, and foster an ethical, inclusive workplace.

As a senior policy leader, you will collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate complex regulations into practical guidance. You will own the policy lifecycle from initial drafting and approvals to ongoing maintenance, communications, and training. By leveraging data and risk assessments, you will anticipate policy changes, deliver governance frameworks, and support managers with clear, actionable guidance that enables decisive, compliant decision-making. Your work will help minimize risk, reduce ambiguity, and create scalable people practices to support growth.

Key focus areas include policy creation and revision, governance, audit readiness, policy communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement. You will establish a reusable policy library, implement version control, and drive education programs for leaders and teams. The ideal candidate blends deep policy expertise with strong business acumen, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and the ability to influence across leadership levels while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Join a forward-thinking, people-centered organization committed to professional growth and responsible business practice. If you are a strategic HR professional who can balance policy discipline with practical execution, you will thrive in this role and help Cornerstone Global Partners set the standard for exceptional HR governance in the West region.
