Responsibility
- Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance
- Lead corporate secretarial functions and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualification
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 8 years experience in legal and compliance roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
