Supreme Maritime Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Shipping to lead our commercial shipping strategy with full P&L responsibility. In this role, you will oversee chartering and operations, develop and execute chartering strategies, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead and direct the shipping team to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Manage chartering activities and optimize vessel utilization
- Oversee risk management and compliance
- Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the shipping industry
- Strong understanding of commercial shipping operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results
