Responsibility
- Provide professional, friendly customer service for healthcare account inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for member questions about benefits eligibility claims and coverage
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM and maintain privacy and security of member data
- Diagnose issues, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure complete issue resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, first contact resolution and average handle time
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors with clear notes and required documentation
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent service and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Excellent verbal and written English and good communication skills in Filipino is a plus
- Strong problem solving abilities with empathy and active listening
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work in a shift schedule and be available for on site or hybrid work in Iloilo
- Commitment to data privacy and PH healthcare data handling standards
