As a HealthCare CSR, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and guiding customers through processes with empathy and professionalism. Your work will help improve patient experiences, support medical providers, and ensure compliance with privacy standards.

Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries from patients, providers, and partners with a professional, patient-centered approach.
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and policies; guide customers through steps to resolve issues.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Document interactions in the CRM accurately and maintain data privacy according to healthcare regulations.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve process efficiency in a startup environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current on product updates and healthcare industry guidelines.
Qualification
- 1+ year of customer service experience; healthcare or BPO experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Filipino is a plus
- Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-entry accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced startup setting
- Willingness to work on-site at Libis, Metro Manila; a positive, can-do attitude
