As a Healthcare Representative at Foundever, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports healthcare-related inquiries across calls, emails, and chats. Responsibility
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat, focusing on healthcare-related inquiries and services.
- Resolve escalations with empathy, calm, and clear communication; document outcomes and escalate to appropriate teams when needed.
- Maintain patient privacy and data integrity while using CRM systems to log interactions.
- Schedule appointments, assist with enrollment or benefits-related requests, and help customers understand claims status or coverage.
- Utilize knowledge bases and internal tools to troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step assistance.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics; participate in ongoing training and quality audits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and teammates to resolve complex cases and deliver seamless service.
- Identify trends and feedback to contribute to process improvements and self-service resources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior BPO experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM or ticketing systems; comfortable with MS Office.
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
