Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure service excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize occupancy and rate strategies.
- Monitor guest feedback channels, resolve service issues, and implement service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards; manage risk and crisis response.
- Implement process improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service in luxury or upscale properties.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Proficient in PMS, CRS, and MS Office; familiarity with revenue management systems is a plus.
