Responsibility
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Lead, train, and schedule a high-performing service team to deliver consistent hospitality excellence.
- Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and recover service recovery opportunities with tact and professionalism.
- Coordinate with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods and special occasions.
- Monitor quality standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
- Analyze daily/shift reports, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Excellent guest service mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
