Responsibility
- Present and host live shows, events, and digital streams with confidence and clarity.
- Engage audiences through interactive segments, Q&A, and on-screen prompts to maximize watch-time and viewer retention.
- Collaborate with producers and editors to curate scripts, pacing, and on-camera cues.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines and safety standards during all performances.
- Coordinate with talent, moderators, and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and technical readiness.
- Adapt in real-time to audience feedback and platform dynamics to optimize content delivery.
- Assist in post-event wrap-ups, highlight reels, and social media teasers to boost reach and engagement.
- Represent the company in a positive, polished manner suitable for a diverse audience.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a host, MC, presenter, or on-camera talent in live events or digital media.
- Excellent public speaking skills with clear diction, pacing, and vocal energy.
- Strong on-camera presence, stage presence, and ability to improvise while following a script.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and flexible scheduling.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus for international shows and collaborations.
- Solid collaboration skills, ability to take direction, and a team-player attitude.
- Knowledge of streaming platforms, social media trends, and content optimization is a plus.
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
