Join Aurora Hotels & Resorts in Dubai as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead daily front desk operations, mentor a team of agents, and ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. This is a premium opportunity to influence guest experiences within a global luxury brand.

Responsibility
- Lead and coach front desk agents to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee check-in and check-out operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor room inventory, upsell hotel services, and manage guest requests.
- Maintain guest satisfaction metrics, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and Reservations to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and security procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with revenue management activities.
- Assist with training programs and new hire onboarding.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years in hotel front desk or guest services, with supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with PMS (Property Management System), POS, and MS Office.
- Impeccable professional presentation and customer-service mindset.
