Responsibility
- Lead daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, efficient guest services, and accurate reservation management.
- Develop staffing plans, train associates, and foster a culture of hospitality excellence.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, address escalation issues, and implement service recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Optimize occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and rate integrity at the front desk.
- Oversee guest complaints with professional resolution and follow-up.
- Prepare and analyze daily financial reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, security procedures, and safety policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership front-office role.
- Proven track record in guest service excellence and team development.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and revenue-generating practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment and manage multiple priorities.
