As a Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure seamless check-in and check-out, manage guest requests, resolve issues with speed and professionalism, and uphold our brand standards across all interactions.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out for all guests.
- Lead and develop a team of front desk associates, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of guest accounts, billing, and room reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Implement upselling and hospitality services opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Prepare shift handovers, assist with night audit procedures, and maintain security standards.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of front desk or guest services experience in a luxury hotel.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and POS software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Leadership aptitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
