As a Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure seamless check-in and check-out, manage guest requests, resolve issues with speed and professionalism, and uphold our brand standards across all interactions.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out for all guests.
  • Lead and develop a team of front desk associates, set goals, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of guest accounts, billing, and room reservations.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement upselling and hospitality services opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Prepare shift handovers, assist with night audit procedures, and maintain security standards.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
