Job description

EliteStay Hotels is seeking a dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations, guest experience, and team performance in Dubai. This role blends strategic leadership with front-line execution to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our discerning guests.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will optimize service standards, drive revenue performance, and ensure operational excellence across departments, while upholding brand standards and our commitment to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage service, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure service excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team to achieve top-tier guest satisfaction scores.
  • Design and implement SOPs to streamline processes, control costs, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor and improve revenue performance: occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, and upsell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and F&B to execute strategic promotions and guest engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards and uphold brand guidelines.
  • Lead quality assurance through audits, guest feedback analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning for the property.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; professional hospitality certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience; luxury or upscale property preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing P&L.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera), PMS, POS, and RMS tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement performance improvements.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • UAE work authorization and willingness to relocate to Dubai (if applicable).
