Azure Luxe Hotels & Resorts is seeking a results-driven Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily operations across our luxury property in Singapore. This is a premium leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering world-class guest experiences.
As part of our executive team, you will shape service standards, optimize efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence. You will partner with departments to elevate every touchpoint and drive sustainable performance.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop department heads (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering) to achieve KPIs and service standards.
- Design and implement SOPs, training programs, and service recovery protocols to elevate guest experience.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and capital projects to maximize profitability.
- Drive revenue through pricing, upselling, and capacity optimization; collaborate with Sales & Marketing to boost occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards and uphold ESG initiatives.
- Analyze operational data, guest feedback, and KPIs to implement continuous improvements.
- Foster a high-performing, guest-centric culture with a focus on associates development and retention.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations experience with prior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control within luxury hospitality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle Fidelio) and related hospitality software.
- Customer-centric mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Legal eligibility to work in Singapore; willingness to relocate if needed.
