Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Drive revenue optimization through demand forecasting, pricing alignment, and cost control.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, service standards, and training programs.
  • Lead talent management by recruiting, coaching, and developing team members; manage performance and succession planning.
  • Manage guest relations, resolve escalated issues, and monitor guest feedback to improve satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR, and stay length opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, prepare monthly reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in hotel operations or multi department management with a proven leadership track record.
  • Strong guest service orientation; exceptional communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and POS systems; OPERA experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and vendor relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in Singapore including occasional shifts and weekends.
