Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure service excellence across front desk, guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering.
- Lead, coach, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and KPIs; develop and implement action plans to improve NPS, guest ratings, and repeat business.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to optimize labor costs and productivity.
- Collaborate with F&B, sales, and revenue teams to optimize occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and brand standards; oversee audits and corrective actions.
- Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements, technology adoption, and data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and measurable revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency with property management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office; data analytics skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset; flexible to work on weekends/evenings as needed.
