Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure service excellence across front desk, guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent brand standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and KPIs; develop and implement action plans to improve NPS, guest ratings, and repeat business.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to optimize labor costs and productivity.
  • Collaborate with F&B, sales, and revenue teams to optimize occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and brand standards; oversee audits and corrective actions.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements, technology adoption, and data-driven decision making.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency with property management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office; data analytics skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
