Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction, occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with revenue management and sales to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Champion guest feedback programs and continuous service improvements.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in hotel operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high guest satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
- Extensive knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, CRS, POS) and revenue management concepts.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
