Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and quality metrics to elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for supervisors and department heads.
  • Collaborate with F&B and events teams to plan and execute banquets, conferences, and guest programs.
  • Monitor safety, security, and brand compliance; conduct regular audits and safety drills.
  • Drive revenue initiatives including upselling, rate integrity, and occupancy optimization.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of hotel operations or multi-property leadership experience
  • Proven track record of guest service excellence and revenue management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills
  • Proficiency with PMS, POS, channel managers, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
