Join a premium hospitality team at LuxeStay Hospitality Group in Singapore as a Hotel Operations Manager. You will lead guest experience, oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering, and drive service excellence across all touchpoints.
In this pivotal role you will shape operations strategy, manage performance, and partner with department heads to deliver flawless guest journeys while maintaining profitability and brand standards.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and quality metrics to elevate guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for supervisors and department heads.
- Collaborate with F&B and events teams to plan and execute banquets, conferences, and guest programs.
- Monitor safety, security, and brand compliance; conduct regular audits and safety drills.
- Drive revenue initiatives including upselling, rate integrity, and occupancy optimization.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- 5+ years of hotel operations or multi-property leadership experience
- Proven track record of guest service excellence and revenue management
- Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills
- Proficiency with PMS, POS, channel managers, and reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Data-driven problem solving and a customer-centric mindset
