This full-time role is based in Changi, Singapore, where you'll support HR operations and office administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce onboarding, accurate data management, and compliant administration. Responsibility
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, candidate screening, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave tracking in the HRIS, and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and assist with compliance reporting under Singapore employment laws.
- Handle general office administration, filing, document control, and coordination of suppliers and vendors.
- Assist with orientation programs, training logistics, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and assist with HR-related projects as needed.
- Support safety, security, and compliance initiatives in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; experience in manufacturing or tech sectors is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail and data confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proactive, reliable, and a team player.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR compliance is preferred.
- Strong ethical judgment and ability to build good working relationships with staff at all levels.
