Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain personnel files in our HRIS, assist with payroll support and leave processing, and help communicate HR policies and programs across the organization. Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS.
- Support recruitment processes: screen applications, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases.
- Assist with payroll support, timesheet processing, and leave management to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, attendance) for management review.
- Coordinate training sessions, programs, and communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and liaise with vendors and office operations as needed.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelorβs degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR administration or related experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HRIS software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and service-minded with a willingness to learn and adapt.
