Jiayou Forwarding Postal Services OPC is actively seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin Staff to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will support essential human resources operations, maintain accurate employee records, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and help coordinate payroll and compliance activities. As an HR Admin Staff, you will play a key support role for the HR team, ensuring data accuracy, timely document processing, and professional handling of confidential information. You will interact with staff at all levels and coordinate with Finance and Operations to keep HR processes running smoothly.

Responsibility
- Maintain and file employee records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and orientation scheduling.
- Support payroll data entry and timekeeping coordination with the HR and Finance teams.
- Manage HR documentation, correspondence, and filing systems for organized data retrieval.
- Coordinate recruitment support activities: post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews when needed.
- Administer attendance, leave requests, and benefits support in line with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline administrative tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of administrative support, HR assistance, or related roles.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
