The HR Administrator at IONOS is a key role responsible for managing and overseeing all HR-related administrative processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the organization.
Responsibility
- Administer and maintain HR databases and records
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits and leave requests
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
- Prior experience in HR administration within a BPO setting
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
