Responsibility
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting preliminary screenings.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Conduct orientation for new hires and facilitate the onboarding process.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Previous experience in an HR assistant role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
