Responsibility

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in coordination with the HR team and finance.
  • Coordinate and schedule trainings, orientations, and development activities for staff.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, leave, and payroll with a professional and confidential approach.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews when needed.
  • Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and assist with internal audits and reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of HR administrative or generalist experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
