Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee files, supporting payroll and benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and helping to implement HR policies and procedures. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibility
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in coordination with the HR team and finance.
- Coordinate and schedule trainings, orientations, and development activities for staff.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, leave, and payroll with a professional and confidential approach.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews when needed.
- Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and assist with internal audits and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of HR administrative or generalist experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is beneficial.
