We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team at DFI Retail Group in Tampines, East Region. As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function within the organization.
Responsibility
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment process
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement and development programs
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
