Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage Employee Relations matters and provide counsel to employees and managers
- Conduct HR analytics to drive data-based decision making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR Business Partner or Senior Analyst role
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
