Responsibility
- Manage recruitment processes and employee relations
- Handle payroll functions and benefits administration
- Support in accounting tasks such as invoicing and budgeting
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR and finance-related matters
- Implement HR policies and procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in HR and accounting roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and accounting tools
