This role focuses on cultivating a constructive employee relations climate through proactive policy development, compliant disciplinary processes, and effective resolution of workplace issues across Legazpi City and nearby areas. As the HR Employee Relations expert, you will serve as the primary owner of complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance concerns, grievances, and conflicts. Responsibility

  • Lead and manage employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and progressive discipline while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Investigate workplace concerns, grievances, and allegations promptly with objective, well-documented findings.
  • Advise managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretations to ensure fair treatment of employees.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and internal policies; monitor and report on ER metrics to leadership.
  • Provide guidance on leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work processes in collaboration with HR and operations.
  • Deliver training and coaching on employee relations topics and policy changes to managers and staff.
  • Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR administration, preferably in a logistics or courier environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to conduct fair and thorough investigations and manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
