Responsibility
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Support payroll processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and training coordination to drive engagement and development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, policies, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or mid to large enterprise.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
