Octomate is seeking a proactive HR Executive to lead blue-collar recruitment across the East Region. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing frontline talent for manufacturing, logistics, and site operations. You will partner with operations leaders to understand workforce needs, design efficient interview processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. As an HR Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, maintain accurate records in the HRIS/ATS, and support payroll coordination and attendance tracking. You will ensure compliance with local employment laws and safety standards, promote fair hiring practices, and contribute to training initiatives that uplift the skills and retention of frontline teams. Your collaboration with vendors, training providers, and internal stakeholders will help sustain a robust talent pipeline that meets the needs of our clients in the East Region.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for manufacturing, logistics, and site operations across the East Region.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and partnerships with labor vendors; screen and shortlist based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely offers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HRIS/ATS; track recruitment metrics and provide periodic reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave administration in collaboration with HR and payroll teams.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, safety guidelines, and company policies; support EEO and diversity initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with training providers and vendors to support onboarding and skills development initiatives.
- Partner with operations leaders to forecast headcount, manage manpower planning, and support retention through effective onboarding and engagement programs.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably with blue-collar focus in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and place frontline workers in high-volume environments.
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills; able to engage diverse candidate pools.
- Experience using HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office; data-driven with a focus on accuracy and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet tight timelines in a fast-paced setting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and customer-focused approach to supporting hiring managers and candidates.
