In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR activities for Terengganu operations, ensuring accurate data, timely processes, and a strong employee experience. You will contribute to the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns, onboarding programs, payroll coordination, leave management, performance support, and development activities. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Terengganu operations, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with department heads.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new-hire experience and proper exit procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring data privacy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Coordinate payroll data, timekeeping, attendance, and benefits administration in line with local regulations and company policy.
- Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training tracking.
- Assist with employee relations, issue resolution, and communication to promote a respectful and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies, supporting audits and process improvements.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Malaysian-based organization or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with an HRIS/HR software; ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; fluent in Malay and English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
