Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer and maintain accurate payroll systems, ensuring timely and precise employee salary disbursements.
  • Oversee HRIS data integrity, updates, and reporting for accurate employee records management.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and address staff queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and contribute to regular HR audits.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
  • Experience with payroll administration and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
