Grace Global Operations Center is hiring an HR Helpdesk Specialist to join our multinational HR services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking guidance on benefits, payroll, leave policies, and HR programs. You will ensure accurate HR data entry, maintain records, and support audits and reporting, all while delivering a high level of service to a global workforce. This position offers exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and core HR processes within a fast-paced BPO environment in the Philippines, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
As part of the HR Operations team, you will collaborate with Payroll, IT, and HR Business Partners to resolve inquiries quickly and accurately. You will manage and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS systems, including onboarding, offboarding, data cleanups, and user access administration. Your focus on data integrity and privacy will ensure compliance with PDPA and other regulatory requirements while supporting routine audits and data-driven decision making.

Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance via phone, email, or chat, triaging inquiries and providing timely resolutions or escalation.
- Maintain and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS modules, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, payroll data validation, and compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
- Generate and audit standard HR reports and dashboards; monitor data quality and privacy compliance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access provisioning and documentation.
- Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and HR partners to resolve system issues and streamline HR processes.
- Assist with HR policy communications, knowledge base updates, and process improvements.
- Contribute to audits and data integrity initiatives to support regulatory compliance and data governance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS data management; knowledge of HR operations.
- Experience in HR helpdesk or shared services with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail; ability to explain complex policies clearly.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and data privacy (PDPA) requirements preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work in Philippine business hours; willingness to learn and grow.
