Flash Express is seeking a proactive HR Intern to support the Learning & Development L&D team. In this role, you will assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that empower teammates to grow their skills and deliver exceptional service. As part of the People Operations function, you will gain hands-on exposure to talent development, onboarding experiences, performance support, and employee engagement initiatives within a fast-paced logistics organization in Taguig.
This internship is ideal for students or early-career professionals who are curious about human resources and learning. You will collaborate with L&D specialists, recruiters, and team leads to gather training needs, organize sessions, track attendance, and help measure impact. You will also develop communication, project coordination, and data-keeping skills while contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities.
- Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Help track participant attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes using spreadsheets or a learning management system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to L&D.
- Maintain organized records of training programs and materials, including version control and accessibility.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training through surveys, basic analytics, and reporting.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with learning management systems or training tools is a plus.
- Proactive learner with a growth mindset and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Basic data entry and analytical skills; interest in learning analytics is a plus.
