As the HR Lead for Manila, you will be the key representative in our largest location, playing a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage HR initiatives and programs in Manila
- Provide strategic HR guidance to local management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience as an HR leader in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
