Join HF Courier Service as an HR Manager and lead our people initiatives in Legazpi City, Albay. You will shape the employee experience, drive talent acquisition, streamline payroll and benefits, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws. As the HR Manager you will partner with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and manage a small to mid sized HR team. You will own the end to end recruitment process, implement performance management systems, handle employee relations, and develop policies that support growth while mitigating risk. You will also oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HR data governance.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for a courier service and logistics operations
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and company goals
- Analyze HR metrics and generate regular reports for management to inform decisions
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and engagement
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll compliance, and benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR decisions
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Proven track record in fast-paced, customer-focused environments such as courier, logistics, or distribution settings
- Strategic thinker with problem solving and change management capabilities
